Introduction

Welcome to ebaje. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ebaje platform, including the website located at ebaje.io, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and all products and services offered through that website, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and any other gaming products made available by ebaje from time to time ("the Platform").

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registering. The term "you" or "Player" refers to the individual accessing or using the Platform. The term "ebaje", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ebaje brand and its operating entity.

By creating an account on ebaje, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. Eligibility

Use of the ebaje Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ebaje strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including prior to permitting any withdrawal.

• Single account: You must not already hold an active ebaje account. Each person is permitted one account only.

ebaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where, at any time, it becomes apparent that the account holder does not meet these eligibility requirements. Any balance held in an ineligible account may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of features on the ebaje Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not provide false information or impersonate any other person.

Account Information and Verification

ebaje may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. This is a standard anti-money-laundering and age-verification procedure. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ebaje support immediately via live chat. ebaje will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ebaje account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ebaje reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any bonuses or winnings accumulated across them. If you have lost access to your account, please contact support rather than creating a new one.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ebaje Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ebaje does not impose fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ebaje accepts no responsibility.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and City Bank) may take up to one business day to be credited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ebaje reserves the right to alter minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that you own and that has previously been used for a deposit to your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed after identity and payment method verification has been completed.
• Any deposit made via a specific payment method must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, to prevent money-laundering through the Platform.
• ebaje reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation before processing.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal, as described in Section 5.

Bonuses and Promotions

ebaje offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ebaje reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on player history, account standing, or geographical location within Bangladesh.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including through multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in the voiding of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses are subject to expiry periods as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Right to modify: ebaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the Platform with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the ebaje Platform, including pre-match betting, live in-play betting, and any special or promotional markets.

General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on ebaje are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the Platform, except where ebaje explicitly offers a cash-out feature for a specific market. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and all other bet details before confirming placement.

Odds and Payouts

Odds displayed on the ebaje Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the precise moment your bet is confirmed by the Platform. Payouts are calculated at confirmed odds multiplied by the confirmed stake. ebaje reserves the right to correct any odds displayed in error.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is determined; a material error in the odds is identified; there is sufficient evidence of match manipulation affecting the event; or any other circumstance arises that renders the settlement of the bet impossible or unfair. ebaje's decision on void bets is final.

Maximum Payouts

ebaje applies maximum payout limits per event, per bet, and per day. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and in the Platform's sports betting rules section. Bets are accepted subject to these limits at all times.

Casino Games

The ebaje Platform offers a range of casino products including live dealer games, video slots, virtual table games, crash games, and other interactive gaming formats supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). ebaje does not control or influence game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is provided by the game studio and is displayed in the game information panel.

Live dealer games are hosted and streamed by third-party studios. The rules governing live dealer games — including minimum and maximum bet limits, side bet rules, and game-specific procedures — are determined by the game studio and are displayed within the game interface. ebaje is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by third-party technical issues, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ebaje Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all bets and bonus balances, and, where appropriate, the reporting of the activity to relevant authorities.

• Underage gambling: Any attempt by a person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or using more than one ebaje account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including the use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated play with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on information that is not publicly available, or in connection with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human decision-making in real time.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin or ownership of those funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently suspended.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at ebaje staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ebaje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations that are corrected in accordance with these Terms;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;

ebaje's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ebaje's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

ebaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ebaje reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• The account has been used in connection with any prohibited activity described in Section 8;
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ebaje.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ebaje support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

Amendments to These Terms

ebaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ebaje will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 13.
